Counselling Services

We provide a wide range of counselling and therapy sessions which are not limited to Couple Counselling; Anxiety and Depression; Mood Stabilization Therapy; Psychotherapy Counselling; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy; Dialectal Behavioural Therapy; Motivational Therapy for all ages; Group Session Counselling; and Art Therapy.

Mobile NDIS

We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Registered Provider, meaning we meet standards and strict requirements to do with safety, quality and compliance, which are set by the NDIS safeguard commission. We are passionate about providing support and go above and beyond to help our clients reach their goals.

Daily Task & Shared Living

As a client of our centre, you get help and support needed with Bill payments, Transport plans, Showering, Grooming, Cleaning, Shopping, Meal preparation, Appointment and every day to day living task. We provide outstanding help in Home Care Service and so much more.

Development of Life Skills

Whether it be Education (TAFE/University), Social functions or Attending community engagement, we are here to provide the aid to you.

Household Tasks

From doing in-store shopping to online shopping, cooking, cleaning and general household chores, we provide assist our centre client with such tasks.

Community Participation

A wide range of participatory activities are organised for our clients to engage with the community at various locations; Beaches, Recreational Centre, Botanical Gardens, and all other forms of community engagement.

Therapeutic Support

We provide a wide range of Mental Health and Psychological Support including Counselling, Massage, Exercise Physiologist, Dietician and Therapist.

Group Centre Activities

As a committed and passionate centre we create flexible and well organised outings to allow for bonding, interpersonal relationship, as well as exercises.

Accommodation & Tenancy

Shared apartment, Shared house, Cleaning, Meal Preparation, Assist with Travel/Transport, Shopping and Recreational activities, these and many more are the services we render to our centre clients.
